Robert Boris Mofrad,

Chief Product Officer & Co-founder

Graduated in Business School , worked 1999 for cooler Master specialised in computer peripherals , accessories and cooling system.
Head of French operation till 2006 with number 1 position in the market. 

Joined Hiper, as Head of European Operations in the Netherlands, UK company  specialised in power supply, industrial chassis.
2013 acted as consultant for Taiwanese mobile companies.

Initiated concept of connectivity within automobile industry and led the production of car branded mobile phones with the introduction, conceptualisation of the world’s first DSDA pcba mobile phone.

2017/18 got awarded inventor of the year by Dubai CEO clubs, in London in presence of HRH Juma Al maktoum and lord Waverly.

From 2017 full time analyst of blockchain technology, and researcher of projects with high fundamentals. Technical advisor in various TG groups.

A very early investor of Solana and Polygon. Co-founded Serenity Shield in end 2021 and created the product concept, architectural design a full blockchain technology solution.

Farsh Fallah,

Chief Operation Officer

Farshid Fallah is a results-driven executive leader with over 15 years of experience in the gaming and interactive content industry, specializing in Partner Relationship Management, Technical Account Management, and Business Development Planning. Known for his ability to foster meaningful partnerships, Farshid has a proven track record in managing complex relationships and driving growth in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. In his most recent role as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Technical Account Management at Samsung Electronics, Farshid spearheaded high-profile mobile game and XR partnerships, including renowned titles like Fortnite and Call of Duty. He was instrumental in leading business development, contract negotiations, and performance marketing initiatives, significantly contributing to the establishment of Samsung’s Galaxy Store as a prominent gaming platform. Prior to Samsung, Farshid held senior management positions at Unity Technologies and Apple Inc., where he was pivotal in managing key partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, and enhancing developer experiences. His expertise encompasses all aspects of app ecosystems, from development and marketing to monetization and analytics.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer and Information Technology at Purdue University, Farshid holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Business Administration from San Francisco State University. He combines a strong technical proficiency with advanced soft skills, positioning him as a creative problem solver and inspirational leader in the tech industry.

Hugues Svay,

Chief Information Officer

Hugues Svay is a cybersecurity expert and information technology management professional, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Serenity, a company specializing in the protection of sensitive data and digital security. With several years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Hugues Svay has developed deep expertise in managing IT infrastructures and implementing strategies to defend against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

Graduating in information technology and cybersecurity, Hugues Svay began his career at leading technology companies, where he gained solid skills in IT infrastructure management, data protection, and risk management solutions. His professional journey led him to key roles in managing technological infrastructures, securing data, and addressing digital risks, before joining Serenity Shield as CIO.

Convinced that data security is a critical issue in today’s world, Hugues Svay advocates for a proactive approach to cybersecurity, focusing on threat prevention and anticipation rather than just reactive measures. He views digital risk management not only as a technical issue but also as a strategic one that directly impacts the competitiveness and longevity of businesses.

Ranjit Edward,

Infrastructure Architect

Ranjit Edward is an entrepreneur and engineer with over 30 years of experience in the ICT sector. He began his career as a systems analyst in 1988 and was soon appointed by IBM as their resident representative for the northern emirates in the UAE.

He has led telecommunication deployment projects, from rolling out VSAT terminals to establishing the first MVNO in the Gulf region. With experience across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, Ranjit brings deep insights into international business practices and emerging technologies. He has advised regulators in South Asia and held executive roles, excelling in start-ups, data centres, and re-engineering projects.

A Fellow of the Institute of Physics and the Royal Astronomical Society, Ranjit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautics and a Master’s in Advanced System Management. An avid astronomer mentored by Sir Arthur C. Clarke, he is also the author of Misguiding Stars: The Fallacy of Astrology.
